Remedy 3 – Cold Compresses

Applying a cold compress to the bee sting can help reduce pain and swelling. Wrap a few ice cubes or a bag of frozen vegetables in a thin cloth and place it on the sting for about 15 minutes. The cold temperature constricts blood vessels, reducing inflammation and numbing the area. Remember to never apply ice directly to the skin, as it can cause frostbite.
