Signs and Indicators of Myelofibrosis
The symptoms of myelofibrosis can vary from person to person, but the most common ones include fatigue, weakness, shortness of breath, pale skin, easy bruising or bleeding, and an enlarged spleen. Some patients may also experience night sweats, itching, bone pain, and weight loss. It is important to note that not all individuals with myelofibrosis will experience the same symptoms, and some may remain asymptomatic for a long period of time.
