Rethink your routines to avoid face touching
Many of us have unconscious habits of touching our face during certain activities, such as reading, working on the computer, or watching TV. Identifying these triggers and consciously rethinking our routines can help us avoid face touching. For example, if you tend to touch your face while reading, try using a bookmark or holding a pen during your reading sessions.
