How Small Changes Can Make a Big Impact on Your Health

  • Sleep well: Secondly, prioritize getting enough sleep. Lack of sleep can affect your mood, cognitive function, and overall health. Make sure you get 7-9 hours of sleep every night.
  • Keep your body moving: Lastly, take regular breaks from work. Sitting for long periods can cause back pain and other health problems. Stand up and stretch every 30 minutes or so to keep your body moving.

Remember that consistency is key when it comes to developing healthy habits. Start with small changes and gradually increase them over time. Before you know it, these habits will become second nature to you.
